How the Financing Process Works

Step 1: Choose Your Bike

  • Pick your CargA Bike: Choose your preferred model and select the "Installment Payment (30% Deposit)" option in the product description. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase with ease.
  • Free Pannier: Select your desired bike and choose the "Full Payment" option in the bike description. Proceed to "Buy It Now." With this option, you can add a pannier to your cart and receive it for free.

Step 2: Select Your Payment Option

  • At the product description, you can choose to pay in full or opt for our 3-month payment plan. If you select the payment plan, you'll pay 30% of the total cost as a deposit (visible at checkout)
  • Shop Pay Installments (USA Only)
    Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 20,000 USD.
     
    Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments. 
    • For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
    • For orders between 150 USD to 20,000 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.

    After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

Step 3: Complete Your Purchase

  • Follow the prompts to complete your purchase. If you choose the payment plan, our system will automatically schedule the remaining payments over the next three months.

Step 4: Receive Your Bike

  • Once your order is placed, our team will start processing it. Due to the size and complexity of cargo bikes, the estimated delivery time is approximately 45 days. This includes manufacturing and shipping time.

Step 5: Enjoy Your CargABike

  • Your bike will be delivered to your door with all transportation costs and customs clearance handled by us (Delivered Duty Paid). Simply unpack, assemble, and start riding!
