Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Why does delivery take 45 days?

The delivery timeframe of approximately month and a half is due to several factors. After you place your order, our cargo bikes undergo various processes to ensure quality and safety. This includes Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) certification and approval, particularly for the batteries, which can take 5-7 business days. Following certification, it takes an additional 3-5 business days for the bike to leave our warehouse. The estimated delivery time from the freight forwarder to your door is approximately 25 days.

We keep our manufacturing and storage in Hong Kong to offer you affordable prices, which may result in longer delivery times. This approach allows us to provide high-quality bikes at competitive rates.

2. Why are your prices so low?

By keeping our manufacturing and storage operations in Hong Kong, we can significantly reduce overhead costs. These savings are passed on to our customers, allowing us to offer high-quality cargo bikes at lower prices. Additionally, our direct-to-consumer model eliminates middlemen, further reducing costs.

3. Can I pay for my bike in installments?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. You can pay a 30% deposit now and settle the remaining balance over the next three months. Alternatively, if you choose to pay in full, you will receive a 10% discount on your purchase.

Our cargo bikes are designed with safety as a top priority. They come equipped with seat belts, cushions, and a canopy to ensure your children travel securely and comfortably. The extended rear seat can safely accommodate two children, with protective footrests near the wheels.
